About ME

Discover what it takes feel accomplished at work and to become a great leader

It’s time to stop normalizing overwhelm, frustration, and burnout at work.

Executive Coaching for Personal and Professional Development

As a Certified Corporate and Executive Coach, I help self-driven Sr Managers to VPs go from feeling crushed to crushing it in their role.

With over 25 years in Corporate and Agencies, I’ve been involved in big companies like Uber and Twitter and understand the issues leaders in the workforce are facing. You’re smart, driven, and desire more and it’s my job to help you clarify and reach those goals.

Re-energize your passion for work, make the complex simple, and create real change in a way that works for you.

How did I get here?

I became an Executive Coach after working at big and small companies and often being the conduit through which teams communicated. I saw and experienced first-hand the varied demands that people like you face. I loved having the privilege of seeing so many points of view and how inspired people were by their jobs.

While working with these amazing and talented people I witnessed that while they actually enjoyed their job, they spent most of their time focusing on things that weren’t part of their core function.

Things that were more draining than evolving and they lacked the tools to progress in their roles through the management of their time, responsibilities, and energy.

I found my calling and stepped into my Executive Coaching role to support leaders in reaching their highest potential and continue to enjoy their chosen career path.

A few of my favorite things

I grew up in Southern California but now make my home in San Francisco. My BA is in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a minor in Sociology (go Banana Slugs)!

1

I love entertainment and when I’m not working I write about TV on my blog: procrastinationchronicles.com

2

I got my MA in Creative writing and while I mostly write emails these days I still read a ton of fiction and nonfiction.

3

I’ve been known to keep up on new restaurants. I love enjoying a meal out with friends and a good glass of wine.

4

My passion for paper gets me into trouble as I have a notebook stash that I’ll never get through.

5

Systems and organization. Oh my! It’s not just a job for me.

6

You’ll find me active in San Francisco and all the city has to offer from visiting museums to beach cleanups.

You Need to Define What’s Going to Make You Happy

Without clarity you’ll struggle to create life balance and get ahead at work. There will always be a never-ending list of tasks that don’t move the needle forward and the weight of work will always sit on your shoulders. As your Executive Coach, I’ll help you find a system that aligns with your unique gifts.

My mission is to help self-driven leaders recognize their executive personality and the key changes required to move forward and lead with balance and productivity to find a more fulfilling life.
